Love Does has partnered with Pure Charity to manage fundraising, recurring donations, receipting and trips.
Once you create a recurring donation for Love Does, an account is created for you on Pure Charity where you can manage your donations and pull end of year statements. To access your account, you will need to first “Claim Your Account” on Pure Charity.
When you originally created the recurring donation, a message was sent to your email asking you to “Claim Your Account” with a prompt to create a new password. From this point on, you can use your email address and password to log in and out of Pure Charity to access your Love Does account.
If you cannot find the email asking you to “Claim Your Account,” simply click the Login button on this page, and from there click to reset your password. Once your password is reset, you will have access to your account.

Select ‘Payment Sources’ in the left-hand menu bar.
Select ‘Edit’ if you are updating the CSV & expiration date. Select ‘Register a new card’ if you have a different card you would like to use, and be sure to make it the primary card by checking the box, then save it.
Now you need to resume your donation. To do so, click “Donations” on the left side under the “Account” tab and click “Recurring Credit Card Donations”. Then, click “Resume” to restart your donation. As soon as your hit Resume, your card will be charged that day.

Select ‘Donations’ in the left-hand menu bar.
Select ‘Recurring Credit Card Donations’ in the horizontal menu bar.
Select the donation you would like to change, then you can either change the amount, the date that your payment goes through, or you can select cancel to end your recurring donation.
