Every Christmas, we see love show up in surprising places, all carrying the same message of connection and hope.
Operation Christmas Gift program at San Quentin
This program gives the men in the prison an opportunity to send meaningful gifts to their children and loved ones. For many fathers, being separated from their kids during the holidays is one of the hardest parts of incarceration. The simple act of choosing a gift becomes a lifeline that reminds their families that love reaches across the walls. Friends like you help make that connection real and lasting.
Operation Christmas Adopt a Mom
This year, 40 families were sponsored by people from all over the country. These courageous single moms arrived to pick up their gifts and were greeted by Santa, Mrs. Claus, Buddy the Elf, and even a few reindeer. Kids made crafts, families shared dinner and hot chocolate, and each mom walked away knowing she and her children were seen and cared for. Many told us how much it meant to feel supported during a season that can bring both joy and weight.
Two different places and two different groups of families, yet the same message echoed in both. Love shows up in the quiet places and the crowded rooms and reminds people that they matter.
Thank you for helping love reach the people who need it most this Christmas.
