Our Love Does Single Mom Programs support approximately 300 mothers a year through our single mom home, boutique, and community events, all with the goal of providing resources and championing single mothers and their children local to San Diego.
Single Moms Home
The Love Does Home is a community home in San Diego County that provides a safe, nurturing space for young, single mothers to focus on education, personal growth, self-sufficiency and responsible parenting. While in residence, mothers attend life skills classes including literacy education, healthy meal preparation, budgeting, and financial management to ensure they are well set up to achieve their personal and educational goals while successfully parenting their children.
Single Moms Boutique
Single mothers all throughout San Diego can shop completely free of charge at the Love Does Boutique for the items that are most pressing and important to them and their families. Through donations, we provide hygiene supplies, women and children’s clothing, books, various household items, and more. The boutique is more than a free shopping experience, it is a place of dignity, generosity, and community, reflecting everything Love Does stands for.

All items at our women’s boutique are fully sourced through your generous support! Every item purchased on our wishlist goes directly to the shelves of the boutique, offering a free shopping resource for single mothers local to the area. Adopt a Mom for Christmas
Through our annual adopt a mom sponsorship program you will bring a mom and her children the joy of Christmas with individually selected Christmas gifts. Every sponsorship goes towards items selected on each mother and child’s wishlist, providing both essentials and fun wishes.
Seasonal Donation Drives
Throughout the year we hold donation drives for special events such as back to school shopping, Valentine’s day, Mother’s day and more. All items are delivered to both individual single moms in the San Diego community as well as organizations supporting single mothers and their families.

Single Mother’s Boutique
Our single mothers boutique in east county, San Diego is always open to volunteers for day-of support. Come help pack bags of groceries, stock shelves, and connect with our guests.

Love Does Home
The Love Does home is located in east county San Diego. In order to be accepted into the program, all mothers must be actively enrolled in higher education or be able to enroll at the time of acceptance. Our in-home program runs for 18 months plus 6 months of transitional housing. For more information on the program requisites and to apply, follow the link below.
Love Does Boutique
If you are a single mother in the San Diego community in need of some essentials for you and your children, come by our women’s boutique located in East County. We offer appointments once a quarter (every three months) in order to ensure access to as many moms as possible. Sign up for an appointment using the link below.

Meet our Love Does Home & Boutique Director
Ana Gomez is the Program Director at the Love Does Home. Raised by a single mother before entering the foster care system, and later becoming a teen mom herself, Ana understands firsthand the importance of support, opportunity, and community. She is passionate about helping single mothers pursue education, achieve stability, and build thriving futures for their families. Ana is a wife and mother of four who believes that every woman deserves hope and the chance to rewrite her story.
