This past week, we had the privilege of returning to Uganda with an incredible group of people for our annual Vision Trip!

Our week began at the Love Does Safe House, where we spent time with young women who are courageously rebuilding their lives. We shared meals, danced, and enjoyed the gift of being together. We then traveled up to Gulu to visit Restore Leadership Academy, where more than 2,000 students are discovering what is possible through education.

One of the most exciting moments of the week was walking the land where Restore University will soon be built. As we move the ground in preparation for construction, the vision is becoming reality. Standing on that property, it was easy to imagine the day students who have grown up in our schools will continue their education just steps away at a university built to equip the next generation of leaders.

We also planted trees at the primary dormitories that will provide shade for students for years to come, spent time with the inspiring student leaders of the first international Love Does in Action Club at Gulu University, and celebrated Sports Day alongside thousands of students as they filled the fields with music, competition, and joy.

What a week it was! If you are interested in joining us for next year’s vision trip, fill out this interest form!
